The following agreements apply to staff of the Diocese of Broken Bay: there is a company negotiation agreement covering salary and conditions for all school staff, teachers, administrators and tutoring (New South Wales and ACT Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2015). School heads are subject to an agreement (director – country and regional diocese – Company agreement 2013). The staff of the CEO`s office has separate terms and conditions of employment. Company agreements are agreements concluded at company level between employers and employees on working and employment conditions.
